hi molly. Thanks for your question!

I knew i wanted to be a scientist from when i was about 10. I enjoyed science at school but I wasnt sure what kind of scientist i wanted to be.

First I wanted to make special effect explosions for films like James Bond but then I got more interested in Biology! I studied Biology and Chemistry at A-level and I liked both of them so I decided to study Biochemistry at university.

At university I got very interested in reproduction and also discovered that I really liked working in the lab and designing my own experiments. Thats how I ended up where I am now – working on egg cells in a lab in London!

Do you know what you want to do when you leave school?
