Pluto is 5.9 billion km, which is 5,906,376,272,000 meters from us. The fastest manned space ship went at 40000km/hr. So assuming they can keep that speed up it would take roughly 6,152 days or nearly 17 years. I don’t think I’d want to spend 17 years in a rocket.

So there’s a mission on it’s way to Pluto right now, no people on board but it will send back the best pictures ever of Pluto and it’s moons. The mission is called New Horizons, it left in 2006, and will get there in 2015!
