      Hi daniel,

About 10 people work in my lab. You can see a picture of my lab on my profile page – we have a lot of different microscopes for our experiments.

Everyone in my lab works on egg cells. We are investigating why a womens eggs get a bit dodgy when she gets older and how this could lead to problems when she wants to have children.

Hi Daniel, my lab is small, there are only 6 of us who work here but we’re not all working on the same project so its quite different from Katie’s lab. It’s one of the things I like least about my job, I really enjoy meeting new people and discussing ideas so my lab is not the best for that.

My lab is only 3 of us, but I’m in charge. (Apart from my boss, but she doesn’t come into the lab.) But the lab my group works in is huge, because we share it with lots of other scientists, so there is always someone to talk to. It’s long enough to run down as well, maybe 50m. Do you fancy working in a lab ever?

In our lab there are about 20 people, so it can be a little crazy at times. Luckily they are pretty cool people, and are fun to work with.

My lab has only 7 people including my supervisor and his wife (who is also a supervisor!) but my actual department is pretty big, the cancer studies and molecular medicine department has over a hundred people
