Wow, what a question. I am really not sure at all. I would guess at something to do with the fact that gravity is very weak compared to the other forces and it is a way of trying to explain this. But this is a guess. Any other scientist here know?
Good question! You must be smarter than me because I can barely even say it never mind tell you about it. All the scientists in this zone are more interested in biology and cells so it’ hard to know lots about Physics too. Is physics your favourite subject?
Wow difficult question! Quantum chromodynamics is a theory about the forces which hold together very small particles but I don’t know what the effect of gravity is on this – sorry I can’t be more help!!
I’m afraid the only quantum type of science I know, is quantum particle physics. And out of that the only thing I know is that light has both wave and particle properties!
Perhaps this question is more suited for a physics zone?
