I think one day we will find evidence of life on other planets. I’m not sure it will be on any of our neighbouring planets tho, I think we may have to travel further into space to find them! It will be amazing to see if the same rules of evolution apply on other planets and what sort of weird creatures it has produced.

I think one day we will get man on mars in the next century, so that would put life on mars. Also, there are so many new planets being found outside our solar system that the chances of there not being life is tiny. There are several new space telescopes that are going to be designed to look specifically for planets that might support life, and even see if there is plant life there. There are a few planets that scientists think might have life. Check this out if you want to know a bit more.

We don’t know if there is life on other planets. Mars is one favourite possibility, though not life on the surface like we have on Earth, but maybe a few kilometres under the surface where there might be liquid water.

I think that we will find life on other planets at some point in the future. I’m not sure it will be human life or some kind of extra-terrerestrial! but there are so many other solar systems in the universe each with their own planets, that I think there may well be other life out there.

There is a cool formula called Drakes equation where you can guess how many other solar systems you think there might be and how many planets in each of these solar systems you think might have life. It will then calculate the number of possibile civilizations there might be based on your guesses! You can try it out here!

This is tough question, but there are many space and planetary scientists working to find out more about it.
The Earth is special is that is has the perfect combination of enviromental conditions so that life can thrive, I’m sure out of the whole universe there must be other planets who have the right conditions for life. We just need to find them!
