That is an interesting question. I reckon that the healthiest person in the world would have a superb immune system and so be able to fight off illnesses faster, even though they might still catch viruses and bugs as often as a similarly clean person. Someone who lives in loads of dirt would be more likely to pick up infections from their surroundings so would be more likely to get ill. If you look at hygenic countries versus dirty countries, the life expectancy is much longer with good hygiene.

Well if you don’t keep yourself clean then any bugs you do catch are going to be on you for longer and will be able to grow quickly and cause you to get sick. Like if you didn’t wash your hands after going to the toilet and then touched your mouth you could get those bugs into your stomach and make you ill.

It’s true that once you have had a disease you are more immune to it in the future, so maybe the dirty person will have a stronger immune system than the healthy person but if they keep being dirty they will be more likely than the healthy person to catch the bugs!
